Tiny little place that can get anything you need and surprisingly has a great selection of in stock trim and moldings that they will sell by the foot. Much nicer to be helped by these guys than going into a big box store and be helped by a less knowledgeable person.

Very disappointing. Was told it would take 3 - 4 weeks to obtain our order. It took 8 weeks. The processing of the order was delayed by 2 weeks; was told they were busy. Called several times after 3 weeks to see if our order was on schedule, not knowing that it had just been processed. Was told they would look into the order and call me back, however no return calls were received. When the hardware arrived, it was not what I had ordered. The owner was too busy to get involved until the point where I requested our money back. Again, very disappointing. Communication and Customer Service goes a long way - or just skip it and order on line. It's important to get what you pay for and not to settle for less.
