We've been going to Brad's computer service for years. They have always been super nice, and very helpful. They have NEVER disappointed us. We brought our computer in yesterday, and we got back today, all cleaned up and running beautifully. We bought a computer from them in 2013, and it's still running perfectly, as they have kept it clean and up to date.

I went to Brads Computers in Shelburne Vt. because the other computer businesses I visited in Burlington had poor customer service. One of them didn't spend any time with me at all, asking me to send an e-mail. The other didn't follow through with a simple task, and didn't have enough expertise or technical ability to build a Linux machine for me. Brad and his staff was a much better experience. They gladly took on the task. I felt that the first person I contacted was polite, listened to what I was asking them to build for me, gave great advice, and followed through with everything they said they would do. Brad's Computer Services has EXCELLENT customer service. I took my laptop in when it wasn't getting power from the cable. They did a full diagnostic, which found other issues. They were honest about the threat the issues posed and in the end I decided against repairing it. They also told me it was only the power cable that was failing, and told me where to go to get the cheapest replacement, which turned out not to be through them. As I was leaving they handed me a business card and told me that as a client of theirs (all I got was a diagnostic) I could call anytime for minor computer support over the phone for free.

I have been looking for an honest and fair tech support guy that I can call upon for all my needs. After trying many small shops and most of the box stores, I stumbled across a small shop in shelburne, vt. I have now been using Brad for all my computer related needs! He is very knowledgeable, friendly, and very fair in price compaired to the other guys! He also takes the time to fully explain what repairs he did in terms that I can understand. I highly recommend Brad's Computer Services!

Brad and his staff work very hard to find the problem and worked with me to find a cost efficient solution to resolve my computer problem. Outstanding!

Recently my house was hit by lighting. It completely destroyed my new computer system. My computer system was a complete loss. I was devastated. The next day, I went to BRAD'S COMPUTER SERVICES. I was met by Brad, he stopped what he was doing, and asked me to tell him my problem. He typed a quote for my insurance company. There was not one question I asked Brad, that he did not answered. Soon, I received a check to cover the massive damage.I decided to go back to BRAD'S Computer Services. Again, Brad patiently went over what I could buy to replace everything, his prices were incredible. Brad built a customized computer specially for my needs.Then, I received a call, my new system was finished. Brad drove 46 miles to my home, and personally installed the system. Then, he showed me how to use and protect my new system. Brad's quality workmanship and service are excellent. CB.
