I went just a handful of times and then got a new job and moved away. My husband and I were told one of the benefits of Planet Fitness is that you can quit anytime without penalties. NOT TRUE. I have been trying to quit for 6 months but they keep billing me and claim that I have to come in and talk to a general manager in order to quit! I think this is how this company makes most of their money! If you're looking for a professional gym that puts the customer first, steer clear of Planet Fitness!

Absolutely disgusted. Loved going to work out on occasion, went tanning very few times there and twice out of my membership the beds werent cleaned and you could see sweat spots from the pervious tanners. Today went tanning and not only was the bed not cleaned, 10 minutes into my tan there was a scorpion looking bug in my bed at my feet. I felt necessary to not freak out, get out of the tanning bed and close it for whoever was next to "clean" my bed.
