This review is on how they run the clinic since it has been commercialized by Columbia St. Marys, well frankly I just got off the phone with the completely rude appointment desk, who was just argued with me, was snippy, and short for no reason other then me asking for a early appt next week. Apparently it is too much of an inconviece to look up more than one practioner. And suggestion instead that I use the walk-in... Btw- Sheboygan Clinic has a walk-in and this clinic has express care, so basically she told me to go somewhere else. I do have to say their express care on average takes 2-3 hrs usually. Other than that the Dr.'s and NP's are usually friendly and appropriate.
