I paid for specific services from this company and am completely dissatisifed with the quality of those services. I had some moulding custom stained & finished. The sample piece looked great, but when all the moulding was delivered (1000ft of it) after the sample was approved, over half of it was poorly done. This contractor does not want to accept responsibility for not following proper techniques of using pre-stain conditioner & staining my moulding. This contractor will not stand by his statement of "commitment to quality" because he refuses to give me any of my money back nor will he try and re-do all the pieces that are now damaged. These are unacceptable and no homebuilding contractor would accept these & put these up in a new home, so why should I? This contractor continues to try and blame the quality of the wood, but I recieved 2nd & 3rd opinions from other contractors and there is nothing to indicate that it's the wood. In fact, the quality of the wood is very good.
