Great job! Handled my plumbing issues with professionalism and courtesy. I would highly recommend and would use Roto Rooter again.

I always have the best experience with Roto-Rooter and that is why they are the only company I call whenever I have an issue. The person who scheduled my appointment was very friendly and personable and had a plumber at my house within 2 hours. My plumber, Michael #1932, was professional, efficient, and knowledgeable. He took time to explain what the issues were with my plumbing and how he would fix them. He also gave me solutions to help avoid more issues in the future. I cannot say enough great things about the exceptional quality of service I received from him. If anyone is looking for great customer service, professionalism, and the highest quality of work, they need to call Roto-Rooter.

Keith did a great job helping me with my drain issues. He was very informative and personable, and just an overall positive light for this company. Will definitely be using again when/if troubles arise!

Great communication regarding technicians expected arrival time. Our technician, Mike, was friendly and professional. He was quickly able to unclog our drain. I appreciate the 6 month warranty that comes with the work.

Just completed water service line replacement project with Chris (#3568), Michael (#3409), and Andy (#2334), over the first two days of this week, Oct 7 & 8, 2019. Michael and Andy performed an outstanding job, running through what needed to be done for a project I was extraordinarily stressed, due to the significance of the effort for which the implications are serious if not conducted properly and correctly. The multiple decades of aging resulted in severely corroded galvanized water pipes coming into the basement, where water had been progressively seeping drop by drop through the elbow near the basement wall to the point replacement was becoming the only long-term option. (Keith #3519) Whenever you see standing water from a drain in your basement, your gut immediately gets tied up in knots. At least mine does! We called Roto-Rooter because of our great experience with them in our first home which was 70 years old and had clay pipes. Always super helpful and got the job down. Well, we are in a newer home now and hadn't had to call them to our rescue for some time. So when our water was standing and didn't seem to drain, we called Roto-Rooter as a trusted resource. Our technician (Keith #3519) was out there within an hour (during the evening hours too!) We are so glad we did! The problem was much more complex than we thought (it had to do with bacterial growth from our humidifier/heating unit that had built up over time) and our knowledgeable technician quickly assessed it, cleaned the drain out and then used an anti-bacterial clean up in the drain and wherever the water had stood. He scrubbed our floor!!! And not only did he take care of the problem, he gave these somewhat naive homeowners information that will help us completely resolve any potential problem in the future. Super pleased with the time the technician gave us, his explanation and service. Once again, Roto-Rooter wins! Grateful. Mark and Lisa B.

Mike (#1699) fixed the backup in our pipe quickly and effectively. We had to call Roto Rooter several times and ended up waiting more than 2.5 hours longer than they initially told us before Mike arrived, but it wasn’t his fault.

Dylan (#1066) and Tim did an excellent job. The services they provided were top notch. They were professional and talked me through what they were doing and the associated cost every step of the way. Several members of the team got involved in my service call and all were very helpful and professional. Nick ran a camera down my sewer line and explained what we were looking at. He suggested some improvements to my sewer line but did not try to pressure a sell. After I decided to go ahead and make some improvements he was helpful in showing me my options and getting all the paper work done to make it happen. Over all excellent service.

Mick/operator 21119422 came out to fix a back up we had in the basement. He was prompt and professional. He answered all of my questions and had us all fixed up really fast. They have earn any and all future business from us.

Mark ( #283) was prompt and professional. He quickly diagnosed the problem and took the time to explain everything to us. He cleared the clogged drain within a few minutes of starting the job, and still made sure to check all other pipes and areas to make sure they were all in good working order. He definitely went above and beyond. I could tell we were in good hands. Thanks again Mark!

Curtis (#653) was prompt and professional. He quickly diagnosed the problem and took the time explain everything. He provided options and explained the pros and cons of each so that I could make the decision that was best.

We had an emergency plumbing crisis (!) and RotoRooter came out quickly and solved the problem. Jim was very professional and knowledgeable (nice and quite funny, too). He thoroughly reviewed the problem before giving me options. Helped a bad morning get better.

Exceptional service. Technician (#495) was extremely knowledgeable, personable and friendly. Also made us aware of many services that Roto rooter provides. Very happy with the decision to choose this company.

Larry came to determine the cause and resolution of my sump pump malfunction causing the relentless alarm this morning. He unbolted the lid to find a separated back-up pump connection, which had ultimately drained the battery and disabled the back up pump’s ability to function during an outage. (there is more to the explanation). He repaired the connection and tested the function of the main pump. As I requested, Larry wrote a detailed description on the invoice for me to give to my sump system installer next week after he returns from vacation and can come to assess the cause of the disconnect and (deal with the dead battery). I learned that this equipment installed November of 2017 is not the quality I expected from that independent contractor, highly recommended by another contractor who had done good work on our property in the past—which brings me to say that I have learned to hire more established service providers who are accountable to someone for work ethics and standards.

This is a competitive era for service industries, where service is judged with more scrutiny than the products themselves. I am eager to give excellent service reviews, rather than provide low ratings for apathetic rooky techs representing a relative’s company who has poor or nil hiring practices—and only OJT, limited at that. I have found that formal training and continuing education keeps service techs providing the best possible results.

It is a pleasant change to have a gentleman like Larry to efficiently and cheerfully provide a repair and ensure my understanding of the problem and his resolution. For someone needing plumbing services, I would readily recommend Larry, whose standards show very well for the Roto Rooter brand. The service techs are in fact your Marketing Department!

Absolutely great service! Mark (283) provided all the answers to every question I had. He ran every check before he decided what needed to be done and then went above and beyond! He had to take off the door to my bathroom and he put it back on, cleaned up the mess the machine made on the floor. Couldn't ask for anything better!

The service was very professional and timely, Richard(3555) quickly addressed the issue and made sure we got a thorough camera evaluation of the line. He was courteous and greeted us with a smile which is what you need when you are having plumbing problems. The online service made it simple to set up an appointment, we would use them again.

Keith was great, very professional. Not only did he fix the problem but he explained what was going on and how to try & prevent it from happening in the future. He is an invaluable resource of information to education the average homeowner. It was a pleasure to work with him. Thank you, Sharon
