Bad experience about the mower maintenance department. The guy claimed he was the manager was basically a jerk with very arrogant attitude. Guess one reason is because I do not pay for the service fee since my product was covered by the mower company. He said it would take 3 weeks to fix the mower. Actually what needed to do is just to put the some broken pieces together, and should take about no more than half an hour. But he insisted not possible. A week later, got the mower, the mower was still got "half " fixed since it could not work normally. Then the same guy said, I have to talk with the mower company to get more parts to fix the problem. What I am trying to do is buy a new one, based on the experience with them. BTW, the mower is only 10 month old.

I took my mower to this place to get fixed, but when I got it home it was more broken then when I took it in! I was charged $59.99 for an air filter and some oil, and they told me it was good to go.



When I got it home it wouldn't start. When I called and asked them to make it right I was told that "this happens all the time" and that "it wasn't their fault the mower was broken". I asked for them to pick it up and take another shot at fixing it, but they wanted to charge me $70 for pickup and delivery. When I stated that it wouldn't have to be picked up if they had fixed it like they said they had in the first place he offered to charge "only" $30 because his delivery truck "costs a lot". He then proceeded to complain to me about how unhappy customers were constantly calling him and yelling about their mowers not working after they got them home. Keep in mind I was being perfectly cordial - I guess he just didn't want to hear from another unhappy customer.



I was told I would have to bring it to them, so I'm just going to bring it somewhere who has a little more credibility. I am now in the process of disputing the charges through my credit card company.



Don't get scammed - stay clear of these guys. They are not interested in keeping you as a customer. They just want your money - then they'll leave you high and dry.
