Something new always seems to be broke after they work on my car. I had my headlight bulb changed and they cracked the headlight so it started to collect water. I thought maybe after a couple of different things it was just my car. Changed cars went in for an oil change and had my fluids topped off and now my power steering is whining like it wasn't filled. I try to walk in when I have time and they won't accept me as a walk in I always have to schedule an appointment for my oil change. I'll be returning to Firestone. Precision was awesome when they had the two previous managers but the guy running the place now should not have gone into management.
