Kerrie did an amazing job with my cut. She recommended products that I have been very happy with. I was incredibly impressed with her and the location. It was clean, felt very safe and organized. I highly recommend.

Yesterday was my first time going to Fantastic Sams - and it will be my last time. She butchered my hair. My cut looks like a 10 year old did it. I will now have to wear my hair pulled back until my hair grows out. She was very unprofessional also, she cussed 3 times complaining how thick my hair was. Going today and talk to manager and requesting a refund. This place isn't even worth "1" star.
