I bought a water pipe from this business on August 2nd, last night I was showing off my "new" pipe and the base just fell off. I have 4 witnesses that saw what happened, I never dropped it or abused it, I was just showing to my 4 closest friends. I went back to the shop to see if the would do something and showed them the pictures of the broken pipe. The guy that was working on the day I bought it was there today and did absolutely nothing. He said all he could do was sell me another with a "discount". $59.00 dollars wasted, all I have now is a very unusable pipe. If you zoom in on the picture of when it was new you can see a crack in the base which I didn't see. This pipe was broken when I bought it, I just didn't see the defects until I zoomed in on the picture this morning. This may be the only smoke shop in Shasta Lake City but THIS SHOP SHOULD BE AVOIDED AS IT IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and DOES NOT STAND BEHIND THE PRODUCTS THEY SELL.
