The lady behind the counter was so ignorant n rude. We were there to look at a storage unit n she didn't have the keys to do so n told us we could come back tomorrow or the 23rd when we picked up the movies g truck the day we we're moving our stuff to a storage unit. REALLY!! u don't have the keys to ur units to show a protential buyer r u kidding me n then to tell us to come back or c it the day of our move. Great sales ethic if u ask me, so they lost our business completely. We cancelled our truck rental from them also n went somewhere else where they could show us a unit n rent us a truck too....

The name listed in yellowpages.com is slightly wrong. It isn't Penn-0410, it's Penn-Ohio. A little bit confusing.
