Wayne Kratzer is a THIEF & a FRAUD! I paid him to fix my ice merchandiser and it worked for 3 days. After repeated promises to come fix the problem I had to pay someone else to come out only to find out that he used the wrong compressor for my machine. It has worked great since. Now he won't return phone calls or accept mail (not even certified). HE WILL RIP YOU OFF so DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!
