Listen this clown thinks everybody else are loseres and worthless !! He is over charging his loyal customers. BMW gas pedal bushings and Bill was 450.00 !!

Do NOT take your car here!! My Mercedes diesel lost all electrical power while driving in a bad thunderstorm. After calling my insurance company, the car ended up here. I checked on it a week later, and was met at the counter by a lunatic! Turns out, he's the owner! Said (peppered with f.bombs),my adjuster had sat in the parking lot two different times, waiting on me. Not true. She's come once, and not to see me but the car. He said ( more f.words), the car had been there over two weeks. Not true. 10 days. Then he said " I don't want to work on it. Get your f&$:ing car out of here!", threw the key on the counter,and walked to the back. My guess is he knew the car was going to get totaled out and didn't stand to make any $ on a repair. What a lying jerk!

Took car to Ray to have the power window repaired. Got estimate and left...noticed car radio was not working, cigarette lighter not working, all interior lights not working..called to see if they had removed fuse..had not...next morning the other front power window was not working..called my dealership(400 miles away) who felt that there was something wrong with the power system or fuses...The dealership was going to call Ray @ Cars of Distinction to have him check electrical stuff before installing the window to make sure there was no problem before installing a $750.00 regulator/window motor...did not want an electrical problem to ruin a NEW WINDOW MOTOR..called Ray mentioned electrical system and dealer calling him..He said he was going to send the new regulator/motor back "Isn't that's what we both want".I said no and he hung up..Payment had already been arranged for this service...cut me off very rude..ODD HOW I HAD ADD"L CAR PROBLEMS after leaving my car (estimate)
