this pawn store sold my tools and im in process of legal action!!I would shop/pawn/sell some place else unless you want to end up having to take them to court?

Customer service here is pretty rude in my book. I called to inquire about a ebay listing this pawn shop had for a very nice limited edition Les Paul of which I was very interested in. I wouldn't have wasted my time had I not been but the person that answered the phone was very rude and made no attempt to even try to help me. I own and operate a retail business and if i found an employee had treated a potential customer this way he or she would be lucky to keep their job. They couldn't give me this guitar now. I tried to run the serial numbers on the guitar and found nothing on it. Could possibly be a clone. This is why I was calling, to get a little background if possible. What can you expect from MN ???
