Always have several employees readily available to help out with whatever is necessary to make life simpler by knowing mechanics, knowing the available items stocked (or how to easily find it in the national directory), and have always had experience to help you with your problem using first hand experience that makes the task less overwhelming, and $$$$ is almost always worthy of O'Reilly being my first check for ALL needs! Nothing wrong with testing this opinion against your issue and learning about it all firsthand!
