John Ulrey's glass replaced the windshield on my mini-cooper. a) they broke a piece on my car and had to order it b) the caulking around the windshield looked terrible c) not only did it look terrible but it leaked d) brought to ulrey's and the gave me the run-around e) leak resulted in in an electrical short & motor burn out and i couldn't lock / unlock my doors, couldn't use power windows, etc f) urley said they'd fix the windshield & pay for the short in my car g) they fixed the windshield - put a crease with paint missing on the front of the hood during the fix h) they haven't yet paid me for the $300 electrical short but repeated phone calls have been told they will pay me "when it is convenient for them to cut a check" By the way, i spent $6000 on windows from ulrey less then 2 years ago!!! Do not use John Ulrey's Glass and Mirror.
