Looking for BBQ to die for? Then Flying Pink Pig is your answer. My fiancé and I were thrilled when Rhonda Schwein, FPP’s bubbly catering manager and co-owner, enthusiastically agreed to cater our wedding rehearsal dinner.



Meat lover or vegetarian, their delicious menu delivered something for everyone. Throughout the evening our guests reveled at how the pulled pork and beef brisket melted in their mouths. Pit Master Dennis really knows how to smoke ‘em! And the side dishes delivered a true infusion of flavor. We indulged in their summer berry salad w/organic greens, BBQ baked beans, and pasta salad w/ farm to table vegetables. Not to mention the Swedish mashed potatoes which were out of this world. Our taste buds never had it so good!



Even more fabulous than the food was the service. We couldn’t ask for more vibrant and gracious hosts than Rhonda and Tiffany.
