Arthur Properties is a nice company to rent from. The maintenance crew very friendly and completed request quickly. After hours request taken care of ASAP. Office staff excellent to work with. Affordable rentals - highly recommend.

Loved my apartment! The owners are extremely nice and understanding. I never had any issues with my apartment or neighbors. The office ladies are very nice and treat you like family. I would highly recommend Arthur Properties. I've seen some negative reviews on here but probably because they have been evicted or just want to complain about something. I've never had any issues and every time I was in the office to pay rent everyone greets you and likes to have conversation. It feels like home. I will miss living there but if I ever move back to Seymour I will choose Arthur Properties again.

I wish I could give 0 stars. I lived here for over a year, never paid my rent late and never had any complaints against me for anything. I keep my apartment clean and treat the property as if it were my own. One Saturday my hearing impaired 7 year old son got up and turned on cartoons to watch while he ate breakfast. He had the volume up a bit too loud and no sooner had I asked him to turn the volume down (maybe 2 minutes after he began watching) I heard a pounding at the door. No it wasn't a knock. It was hard angry pounding. I opened the door to find the landlord owner of the property in my face and pointing at me angrily. Apparently he was in the hallway working on the adjacent apartment and heard the tv. He angrily started wagging his finger in my face and told me if he heard the tv again he would evict me. I didn't appreciate being threatened for something so innocent especially when I had put up with my neighbors doing far worse. I was fearful, especially 1 month from Christmas, to be evicted so I tried to respond politely but firmly. It was inappropriate for him to beat on my door and even more inappropriate for him to threaten me. I'm now desperately trying to find a new place for my son and I to live. I won't feel safe somewhere that not only threatens eviction for every little sound but a place that discriminates against a hearing impaired child who made an innocent mistake.

I love the neighborhood that Arthur Properties has available to us. They have beautiful properties and they are up to date.

The variety of units that Arthur Properties offers its great. he units vary in size and that was helpful for me. The staff is really willing to work with you. I highly recommend them and their services.

They have many unit options with various sizes, and it's easy to switch to a different one in the building if there's an opening. Any building problems I've ever had (which have been minor) were resolved quickly and easily with no hassle at all.

Rent was very reasonable for such a nice apartment! Great area, too.

This place offers the most room for the cheapest price (the Marley Lane apartments), all the appliances were new, painted walls, clean carpets, nothing broken, missing, or malfunctioning. It seems they're renovating the place and it looks great inside. We looked around at several other places, they have the best prices and utility. Rent was also easy to take care of, at a certain point, you can just pay month by month rather than lock yourself in a contract for a whole year. They're located very close to businesses which is highly convenient. If you have any problems, just call their office, the ladies there are very nice and approachable and will help fix your problems. I've lived here for quite a while now, the neighbors are nice and everyone minds their own business.

DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!! My best friend has lived in one of there properties in the past and had a TERRIBLE experience! Since she moved out (over 3 years ago) I didnt give it much thought. But I happen to move into a property (not arthurs) almost 2 years ago that is next to one of their properties, and I have witnessed how awful their yards and property look ALL THE TIME! Everything looks very run down and not kept up. So unless your willing to pay super high rent and basically maintenance the property for them, I WOULD NOT recommend them to anyone. I actually feel sorry for these people that live there and understand why my friend didnt stay long!

Don't live here. They will steal your credit card information. You have to have good credit to live here. So, it's an opportunity for them.
