fantastic service

our a/c unit stopped working we contacted coles,there service man called us back 5 minutes later we explained to him what had happened and we asked him to come take alook at it he was there not more than 10or 15 minutes later took a look at the unit found the problem and repaired it on the spot(capcitor was shot) we were very pleased as it was a very muggy nite will definetily recomend

Total ripoff,Slow,sloppy,poor workmanship.Installed rusty gas pipe converted a bad furnace charged over $3000.00 and then wanted $4000.00 to fix it.Han another contractor install a new furnace and the rusty pipe caused it to malfunction.Worst contractor in the state.

Going to small claims and filing with Ct. DCP. Stay away from this guy.

Customers should tell the whole story. When I 1st met Richard, he did not wish to buy a new furnace. He was so upset with the other salesman that he criticized them while I was in his home! So I proposed an upgrade instead!

If you want poor workmanship,slow service,and a totally bad job,hire these guys.

Cahrged me $3000.00 to conver a bad furnace then said another $4000.00 to replace the furnace.

Said they could make the old one last at least through the heating season,It didn't even make it one week.

Stay away unless you want to get fleeced.
