Don't shop here, they are crooks and don't stand behind their products. I bought an item at the store which was grossly overpriced, and had a plumber tell me I didn't need it. They refused to take it back.

Allan's guys put a hot water heater in my house, after my started leaking. They were fast and pulled the permit the next day. They very nice to work with. They will be installing a gas line this fall for a gas stove that I am having put in.

Consistently the worst service I have ever experienced. Rude, Condescending, ignorant and arrogant Yuck! What a shame, I wish I could support all my local businesses but I refuse to subject my self to this any more.

This is the worst service I have ever received! They did a terrible job. What a waste of money and the service is horrible. They promised things they could not deliver. They are unethical.

They have been great! We have had 4, what I would consider, big plumbing issues with our new house (11 years old) that I thought for sure we would need a plumber for. Chris and Pete at Allens have been AWESOME and super helpful. I simply take pictures with our digital camera, bring in the camera, explain the problem. The go and pull what I need off the shelves, bring it to the counter and show me how to fix the problem myself (the wife) with 3 kids standng there. I go home and do what they say and it WORKS LIKE A CHARM! Yes, there stuff is a little more expensive than a big box store but with lessons like this, I'm willing to pay a little extra - and support small business. They even sent home the wrong size part one time and exchanged it for us with no balking. They have been wonderful each time and I would highly recommend them to anyone.
