I have used Rippling Run for years and have been very happy with them. I know they have changed hands a few times but Jessica has always been fantastic with my dog. I love how much time and care they take and am so happy I found them. I recommend them highly to my friends any chance I get.

Just picked my dogs up from Rippling Run Kennel yesterday and what a pleasant experience it was! I had to go out of town on short notice this past weekend and needed to find a place for my dogs. Rippling Run was very accommodating and easy to work with. The girl in the front office mentioned to me something about new ownership and doing renovations to the kennel. She took me on a quick tour and I felt very comfortable leaving my dogs. The staff there was very helpful. I will certainly be coming back!

Unfortunately this was not a good experience for our two dogs. This was the first time for us at this kennel as we had to book it at the last minute for two nights. Don't be fooled by their website! The place is run down and neglected. The first sign of what we were in for should have been the strong foul odor in the lobby. Still some reviews online were positive and a woman there at the same time said her vet had recommended it and we didn't have another option. When I picked the dogs up our little beagle was trembling and filthy and smelled of urine. Our bigger dog was equally filthy with yellow paws and smelled like urine. They couldn't give us their blankets back because "they got wet and 'might' have peed in them". Ironically they told the couple ahead me of the same thing. We had to throw away their toys as well. Anyway, we won't be back and if I were you I would think twice. We aren't even going back to pick up the blankets once washed!
