Massive water leak, they arrived 20 minutes after we called and set up extracting water immediately. They were very professional and courteous - lots of experience and knowledge.

I called Restore It due to a newly created coffee stain on my 10 year old carpet. Will came out and cleaned the carpet and worked hard to get rid of the coffee stains. I am very pleased as my carpet now looks like new again.

I am so pleased with this company. Restore It came out the day after we called, evaluated our situation, provided a detailed estimate and consulted with us when determining the level of work. They communicated times, dates and expected time of completion. The work was done efficiently and precisely. Can't say enough good things!

I can't say enough about this company. We had a sewer back up in the basement. I called and talked with the owner. He immediately set up a time, arrived right on schedule, and did an excellent job cleaning up the mess. I would and will highly recommend!! Thank you "Restore It" for an outstanding service.
