The Eden Christian Academy is one of the leading independent Christian schools in the Greater Pittsburgh area. The academy has been serving the educational needs of more than 600 students since 1983. It offers classes in kindergarten through grade 12. The Eden Christian Academy also provides instructions in music and drama through chorus, musicals, dramatic productions, band and instrumental ensembles. The academy provides a variety of intramural and interscholastic sports opportunities that includes basketball, soccer, track and field, volleyball and cheerleading. It offers a variety of classes in the areas of dance, fencing, scrap booking, chess and drama. The Eden Christian Academy additionally provides sessions related to wind, brass, violin, piano and percussion instruments. The academy also administers various student clubs. It is accredited by the Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools. The Eden Christian Academy maintains a location in Sewickley, Pa.
