I'd give negative stars if it were possible. I bought a fishing pole rod/reel combo at the advice of the salesman. It was found less than 10 minutes later that the reel was defective. When asked about returning or exchanging it, I was told it "wasn't our problem." I attempted to contact the manufacturer, yet was told it was an "out of date combo" and they couldn't help, which was in contradiction to the salesman telling us the pole we bought was the "latest and greatest." If I were you I'd avoid this place like the plague. They're full of liars and thieves, who's only reason for existence is to steal from the cruise ship patrons. Unfortunately this seems to be par for Alaskan customer service.
