HORRIBLE customer service. After signing a contract we have been calling and emailing for nearly a month to get an install date. Don't waste your time with this company. Glad we didn't give them any kind of deposit!

Installed a vinyl fence 1 1/2 yrs. ago, initially a pretty good job, BUT after a sub-zero winter three posts were raised more than 6- 8 inches. Started call seven months ago, they called back once. Very disappointed in workman ship, thought this was a reputable company. They have not stood behind their contract or their reputation. Was a good company when the father ran it.

Just because they have a A - BBB rating (puzzling??), doesn't mean you get good work. I did all the homework and regret ever going with this company. They use cheap lumber which warps after 6 months, they will tell you that they are not responsible for their product and it's like pulling teeth to get someone out! Four grand later I have a fence that is coming apart at the posts and panels that are bowed out. If your smart DO NOT give these people a chance, your better off putting a fence up yourself. It will look better in the long run!!!

granted this company has been in business along time but that doesnt mean there good.very cheap wood was used on our fence,it became discolored within six months the two gates we had wouldnt close properly and we never got a return call poor materials used and real poor customer service.i would never call them again

dont ever thing of using this place ever...cheap materials terrible installers..and they dont call you back..poor customer service
