I definitely, wholeheartedly recommend this fantastic pet hotel!!

My husband and myself went on vacation in Sept. We took our two golden retrievers their for doggy daycare while we went and did a few things. When we went to pick them up - we paid - they went back to get our two boys. They came out 30seconds later and said that our 7month old puppy Cooper was gone ! What ? How does a "professional" and I use the term loosely loose a 7month old puppy. We searched for 4 hours and finally found our boy. The people at the kennel didn't seem worried at all. Imagine being 400 miles away from home and the kennel looses your dog ! And they acted like they didn't care. I got one story as to what happened and my husband go another. Their motto is we treat your pet like family. I don't want to be any part of that family. I personally have been a part of the veterinary medicine community for over 14years and I have never lost an animal. These people are irresponsible and unprofessional. I wouldn't let them watch my pet rock. Do not take your pets to this place unless you don't want them back. While looking for him in the neighborhood many neighbors told me that this is not the first time that this has happened. Are you kidding me ? Run , don't walk away from Smoky Mtn. Pet Resort. Horrible, Horrible place.

As for the rating of the stars above they don't have a negative option - that's what I would give them a negative star !!

Good customer service, great price... Id recommend it :-)
