I don't expect perfection in a used car. I had explained to GM Eric Gibby that I was looking for a local dealer with whom I could build a LTR and that being treated fairly by an honorable dealer means more to me than anything else.

Eric kept saying how great his 2015 Ford Escape(titanium) was. Stating it was his personal driver car and that it has every option except a sunroof and 4WD. The paper work which he provided for me to take to the credit union even stated such naming 2.0L I4 EcoBoost(+$650) and Nav(+$700) as additional add ons included with this car.

I went back to Eric with Ford's no nav papers and asked him to do the right thing in some sort of a refund on the $700 I paid for nav add on and he refused saying his computer had said it was there so it is not his problem and to sue him.

$299 down is nothing but a lie. I have the owner openly admitting on recording that the $299 is nothing but a gimmic and that the "salesman" was there just to get people in the door and get their info. We drove all the way from Knoxville after getting child care for our 3 children just for them to flip the script on us as soon as we got there. They went from "yes it is all ready to go" to "well we need $4900 down and your BMW is only worth $2500 because that's what they sell for at auction" would not recommend.
