Ron and crew were very professional all the way from start to finish. Ron made it his business to do quality work, on time and within estimate. He was especially good at keeping us posted as to what work was going to be performed and what we should expect. Excellent at showing up on time and keeping us in the loop with materials and sub-contractors. Ron was in control of all aspects of the total kitchen remodel-flooring, plumbing re-route, cabinets, counter tops, new island, and new appliances. We are more than pleased.

Ron is very Professional and easy to work with. He also picks up all trash at the end of each days work.
We really like our deck,walkway and front porch that was done.

Ron Johnsen listened to our wishes and designed and built us a marvelously sturdy and spacious deck and entertainment area. I am 75 years old and worked in the building and remodeling trades for many years. Although I can no longer do this work; I recognize and appreciate good craftsmanship and building skills.

Ron was prompt, courteous, professional, and dependable; his design techniques and construction expertise are superb. Even with a few modifications, he completed our project on time and within budget.

Ron is so reliable, we have recommended K & R Home Services to friends on two separate projects and are already making plans with him to return and build us a storage shed.

Ron worked on a rental property that had been trashed by tenants.He was prompt, courteous professional and very friendly. He did excellent work, and most importantly to me , he returned my calls, and showed up and did exactly what he said he would, when he said he would (which I have found to be a rarity in his business). In addition, he went out of his way to finish in the time frame I needed.

I was so pleased that I am planning to use him again for another property, and also for work on my home.

krhomeservices has performed many improvements to our home. They include crown molding, improvement to deck and stairs using composition materials, though the wall air condition, recessed lighting, track lighting, ceiling fan relocating. The price quoted was the final price, the work was started and completed on time promised. The workmanship exceeded professional standards and mine. I am known to be hard to please. The respect given to our home was great as tarps were used to contain any mess during the projects and clean up was accomplished daily and at the end of completion. I will not go through the process of looking for others and hoping the work will be done and completed successful. With kr homeservice I know what to expect and like I said I am hard to please. I highly recommend KR home services.
