It is not a insurance company. Call the main Insurance director of TN @1-800-342-4029. Ask about this company that has insurance on the sign but is not real insurance they have a 2 man board that take your money and never pay claims. We had wind damage some shingle come off our house. Here is the best part we called without any answer for 4 days. No answering machine. When she answered i told her my shingle come off from the wind my roof is 5 yrs old... she said its not our problem. I said well give me the main number she said this is it. If you want a desk to complain at you found it.. I said well are you going to send a adjuster to look at it? She said yah i am the adjuster i will have to come out there. I was shocked a 350 lb 60 yrs old woman is coming to my house to get on my roof my ladder is not even rated for that! nightmare!
