I have been having my hair cut at Cost cutters for years! Jessica the manager always very helpful, kind , and has excellent customer service . Judy and Cindy always great as are the entire staff. Highly recommend there services . Joel sevierville

Just awful.. I've never had a good experience here. No idea why I've tried so many times. Expensive and horrible.

I went to this salon TWICE on two different years the first visit was okay but displeasing first of all i requested for black amd blomde hair and they refused because my hair was a yellow color from bleaching (wasnt damaged though) because they said "oh im sorry but yellow will not lift off of the hair" so they insisted on doing red. The second visit My hair was a dark brown amd i requested blonde again. They had me stand in the middle of the salon with 5 or so customers getting their hair done and and passed me back amd fourth saying how my brown hair couldnt be dyed at all. Which was so embarrassing with them poking and pulling at my hair and all the customers staring I was almost in tears and they said "we can do highlights but it wont show up in your hair." I immediately left knowing they just didnt wanna do my hair. Even tho they claim tjis one of the enployees had white blonde hair with jet black roots poking through....this place is absolutely horrible and all the workers are bitchy. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone with a brain!

Love the staff! Always friendly and helpful and they really know their stuff. I would highly recommend them to everyone.

The salon manager smells like ciggarettes and she is always trying to sell us what we dont need.
