Don't waste your money -- if you're not in their little click they'll be rude to you. My wife waited 45 minutes while they chatted and took their friends ahead of her. Never again.

I went there today for the very first time and I had a wonderful experience. The lady who cut and colored my hair, Amber, did a wonderful job and was super personable. My hair looked amazing afterwords. Also, I just loved the atmosphere of the place. Everyone working there were so friendly. I will definitely be giving them my business from now on.

Owner lady is very rude. I don't know how someone can be in a service business like this when they're not even the least bit personable. You got nothing to be stuck up about lady, you run a hair salon in a shopping plaza in Sevierville, TN
