Poor Customer Service, Poor Representative of U-Haul.

I had a problem in dealing with this business regarding a U-Haul truck return. I rented a truck on July 3rd, 2010 in Maryville, TN and returned it the same day to Automotive Specialist in Sevierville, TN. Here it is July 15th, 2010 and U-Haul's main customer service department has told me that the dealer still hasn't checked in the truck that I returned on July 3rd. When I contacted the dealer to try and get my deposit back, I was told that he doesn't give out either cash/check deposits. I called back a few days later and spoke with the shop manager and was told "F You." I would highly recommend not dealing with this business for anything....It's very obvious that their customer service is lacking.
