My wife enjoyed visiting Utopia Spa. She received relaxation therapy and a facial. Afterwards all she could talk about is how she enjoyed the therapy and the atmosphere of the spa. Would highly recommend visiting when in the Sevierville area.

Do not go here! Waste of money! The people were very nice and friendly but the massage was horrible! I have had several massages and this was by far the worst! I would question to see their license before you let them massage you which I should have done! I do not believe they are even licensed because I have never had an experience like that. All he did was rub lotion and oils in the same circular motion. Not once did he put any pressure or change up what he was doing. Basically just rubbing lotion in. I just lost a bunch of money. Don't go there!

My daughters and I visited here while on vacation in Tennessee. We were greeted and treated very well. I enjoyed my Facial and Pedicure, and both daughters had 1 hour massage's and Pedcure's. We were so pleased. Such a comfortable and relaxing enviroment. We will definately return when we visit Tennessee again.

I was in town for business recently and had some back pain. I was in the Pigeon Forge area, near Gatlinburg, in East Tennessee. I found a listing for Utopia Day Spa. I called and arranged for a massage. The setting was a very peaceful, country setting in some foothills. The spa center was an old converted dairy barn, beautifully decorated. The massage was very professional and relaxing. They offered a large variety of services. I will most definitely return to Utopia Spa when I am next in this area, even if I have to travel a bit to get there. I highly recommend Utopia Spa Retreat in Sevierville, Tennessee to all looking for relief from discomfort, or just a very soothing and relaxing experience.



They do offer all of the normal services like pedicures, hair, etc.
