Just left this establishment without making a purchase. I was told that this establishment has the best donuts in town. I was eager to see just how awesome they were. I looked at the pastry case and at the donut racks to see what I would like to order. The staff asked if I was ready to order I kindly advised that I needed a few minutes to look. Shortly after that a older lady asked if she could help me and my mother, we proceeded to ask some of the names of the pastries in the case and she responded in a very rude and nasty tone after we had to ask twice about one item because we couldn't hear her the 1st time. Her response immediately turned me off to this place. My advise to this establishment, if you do not want customers asking questions every pastry item should have a name tag. Another option would be to print menus with names and descriptions to limit customer questions. This lady made if very clear that she did not want to answer any questions. The Donut Shack left me with the impression that they do not want any new customers in there establishment. I will not be returning to the Donut Shack.

Wow! This place is good! Coffee is good. Great selection of donuts. Some of the best donuts I've ever had. Atmosphere is cool, old time donut shop feel with a counter to sit at. Best donuts on the broadneck peninsula!

This place has been around as long as I can remember. This place is always open and provides a great spot to stop in or meet people. If all else fails just go to Donut Shack!

The atmosphere and service is always friendly. The donuts, danish, muffins, and coffee is always fresh.
