My fireplace is still broke, good thing is I don’t need it now. I paid you twice to come fix it. The third time both of your mailboxes were full. Not sure if you have favorite customers an maybe I’m not one. Hopefully I can find someone else before winter who actually knows how to repair gas logs. I say this because over a month and a 1/2 you was here twice
I really don’t understand because my money is green also. I am so disappointed that I thought I should warn customers if they were new like I was..

Andrew Elrod is an exceptional professional in his field who is very helpful and honest in his advice as to what people may need to know about designing the right set of fire gas logs or stove for their needs. We have a mock tudor style home built in 1933 and he has helped us with two sets of fire gas logs on two different occasions, once about 15 years ago and also just recently. He has always been prompt and efficient when we needed him to service our logs over the years. He is that rare breed of man who will bend over backwards to satisfy his customers what ever it takes!
