I have had 2 experiences with this company and both were not good. first they attempted to work on my furnace last winter and said they needed a part and would return, they never showed back up plus the tech left tools in the closet..secondly the air conditioner is out now and they said they would call today if they could make it or be there tomorrow ..well Im still waiting .....I talked to bryan and he is very rude he told me the customer was not always right and he was busy and didnt have time to make it. plus he came to my house with myself and my son there and he said he knocked and no one answered so he left. they never called my home phone number to see if I was there. or tried to knock on a different door as we dont use the front door.. I strongly recommend not using this company for your airconditioning and heating needs....They were out on the house across the street and that night the thing sounded like a washing machine with shoes in it....not very reliable........
