I just want to give a special Thanks to Brian for his brilliance and excellence in towing knowledge of vehicles. I had been waiting for several other tow companies "1st class tow" being one that was very horrible at providing even decent customer service and sluggish response. Very unprofessional attitude from the driver at "1st Class Tow" out of Fresno, CA. The gentleman Brian traveled from Selma, CA roughly 20-30 minutes from Fresno, CA to arrive in half the dispatched time it took for local Fresno towing companies to arrive. 1st Class Tow that showed up and left. Brian greeted me pleasantly when he showed up and got right to the job. Brian assured me that he will make sure nothing gets damaged to the vehicle while in the process of bringing it up on the flat bed lift and he was right. Takes his time and shows passion for his line of work. I hope you continue to be successful in your work and only excel and grow from here. Thanks.
