So I get a rental for my insurance claim and my insurance pay up to a high amount, so the lady at u can rent put the max of what the insurance was paying and not how much the car was which was a gip off she make up lies I had to pay taxes because she wanted the money to put in her pocket, and she kept telling my ajuster lies and me to so the car was 39$ a day and she put 90 for my insurance company which then was a fraud , she told that was there cause they pay the max but the car is 39 $ a day, so why would u send over a 63o bill to the insurance for 7 days if it's 39$ a day when it suppose to 273 $ y'all this place have fired so many peoples for takeing peoples money , and one more thing I called the owner and kept getting smart and stuff so I hung up also the lady in selma office had a smart mouth too and tired to put me in a car with a shaking ass tire and I took it right back got another car n that needed brake pads and rollers , taking bout you have nun to worry about I just got the oil changed wtf a oil change got to do with the rest of the car????? Then the one I took back which needed brake pads and rollers got another one the damn transmission like it slipping , y'all please don't get caught up with their scam they are really money hungry and they are known for takeing peoples money .... If enterprise didn't have no cars in lord knows I would never have gotten one from this place, they are very rude and unprofessional af!! So please stay away from them and I will be doing research and hVe a court appeal for this situation , about my money and they over changeing my insurance company , JST so they can get rich!!
