Unreliable! It is nice when they are there but when you show up with a sick child and they tell you to come back at 10:00 because not doctor is there you think, "this is still better than the ER so I will come back at 10:00" You come back at 10:00 and they tell you to come back at 11:00, then you come back at 11:00 and they tell you the doctor is sick we are closed, THAT IS A WASTE OF MY TIME! Why not just tell me that in the first place. Then there have been days where they closed early for a staff meeting. If I can't rely on you to be there when you say you are there then I will just go to Primed in Prattville to begin with.

This place is wonderful! The staff are friendly as well as the doctor. They are fast and efficient. I was in and out in less than an hour with a full waiting room. I even had several tests run. Dr Nam is very friendly and will explain what us going on. I even got to see my own X-ray which most doctors don't do. I will definitely be going back here!

This is not the place to go if you have no money. It don't matter how bad you are in pain they will turn you around at the door.
