This is a great place people are friendly, and they do a wonderful job with repairing jewelry and also making jewelry. I highly recommend this place.

This is a NO STAR RATING!!! The system made me select at least one.



I took in 2 necklaces to be repaired. One was worth very little but had huge sentimental value to me. The other was a thick heavy gold rope chain that had been cut. The necklaces sat unrepaired for 5 months. I made several trips to the store to check on the progress only to be told they weren't ready. I asked to see them both so that it would ease my fears but the staff could only produce the inexpensive necklace. When I went back a week later to pick them up to take them to another jeweler they surprisingly had both repaired. As I inspected them I realized the expensive gold rope chain was NOT the same one I had brought in. The one they gave me was shorter and half the weight. I discussed this with the sales person and owner and after another week of unreturned phone calls I gave up and decided to keep the necklace I was given. I still kick myself for not calling a news crew so the entire area would know what happened to me, especially since everyone I talk to after the fact told me that something similar has happened to MANY other customers. IF you chose to use this Jeweler PLEASE have your jewelry appraised elsewhere before and after repair!!!
