Ordering a gift online, especially from out of town, can always be very tricky and sometimes frustrating. However, I called Vino di Sedona and spoke with the manager, JT. He spent quite a bit of time assisting me and picking out assorted local we brewed beers as well as handmade fudge, placed them in a six pack caring box and made it up as a gift box with lots of ribbons As well as a hand written card of what I requested to be written.

JT was so amazingly kind, patient, considerate, helpful, and creative!! In my opinion, he and the others at Vino di Sedona are A perfect example of customer service and providing and promising ultimate satisfaction!! Without a doubt, I will most definitely use them again to send a gift to anyone in Arizona, and I sure hope I can visit there someday, from Chicago, and enjoy their food, wine, beer, and establishment!!
