CLOSED NOW - Opens at 10:00am

After closing my mail box and returning one month's worth of mail to the senders, although I had prepaid the box for six months....imagine if you went to get your mail and nothing is there, the box is closed, and you have to change all your important addresses within a few hours, and the employee / manager / owner of the store behave as if they could not care less. And this is a "store" that sells mailbox services? No apology, no explanation for their blunder, neither manager nor owner ever contacted me on how to resolve this, although they promised - they did not even know the exact date on when the box was mistakenly closed. To add insult to injury, I get some of the remaining months refunded, but I do NOT get a refund for the month in which they closed my box, through THEIR mistake, and which created such a fiasco. The nationwide UPS store customer service was informed, and failed to take action, and was of no help whatsoever.

I've been a regular customer here for years & UPS store 1550 is always my go-to place for shipping & printing. What ever my needs may be, the experience is always a pleasurable one, except for the fairly common rude customers The staff is as helpful as they can be given the almost non-stop flow of on-edge & in-a-rush customers going through the place. At times I wish I wasn't a regular client so I could tell some of those people about their behavior, as I feel sympathy for the employees that have to grin & bare it. I can come in pressed for time & , save for the form needed filling if you are shipping something, my progress is not slowed any by them. One occasion I was with seconds to spare to ship something overnight & all staff were assistive in making sure my package got on the loaded ready UPS truck outside. I do miss the assured feeling of seeing the owner there working along with the rest since it changed hands, but the new owner can be just as friendly, when he is there.
