Re-Defining Customer Service!
I generally only review places I have visited on my travels but the customer service I received from owner Jeffrey Byrnes while shopping online with Richard David (Covid-19 after all...) was so exceptional that I want to share it with others. I have had two recent positive experiences with this store. First was when my order was returned to them (not the store's fault at all) and Jeffrey called me, then sent the order again to a new address I provided and paid for the shipping! Last month, I ordered some slacks that turned out to be too long and when I reached out to the store to set up a return, Jeffrey called me again and offered options, one of which was to shorten them at no cost (his wife is a professionally trained tailor!) - and again, he would pay for the shipping in both directions! Wow. And if that wasn't enough, he then called when he received them to verify the length. The slacks were turned around in a day and I must say, they are PERFECT. And the pleasurable, personal customer service Jeffrey provided ensures that I will shop with him again - and hopefully visit the store in person one day!

Above and beyond customer service! And...Ladies: UGGS on sale! Need I say more?
I originally stopped in this store because they had a sign outside stating "UGGs On Sale" (which never happens!) and, while I did purchase 2 pair, it wasn't just the sale that moved me to take the time to write this review. The customer service was friendly and helpful without being too pushy (asking us about our time in Sedona, etc.) while I was there. Then, during my travel, one of the UGGs pairs were stolen at the airport, so I reported it to the airport and to Richard Davis's owner, Jeffrey, in case the person decided to return them (the receipt was in the bag and I believe you need to hope for the best), While the UGGs weren't returned, Jeffrey called me days later to see if I'd heard anything and advised me that, if I chose to replace the stolen pair, he'd be happy to give me the same sale price... and then got my blessing to ship them to me in a smaller box to reduce the cost of my postage. To me, THAT is going above and beyond, something that is missing in a lot of retails spaces these days! Thank you, Jeffrey! I'll be stopping by my next time in Sedona to say "hello"!
