Been doing business with Gordon and his wife since 1996. He is part of a dying breed of top-notch, old school timepiece and clock restorers and repair experts. The diligence and patience needed to perform this work using and machining replacement parts that can barely be seen by the human eye is extraordinary. People who leave reviews exhibiting their own lack of understanding of this exacting work, and their impatience to be served immediately needs to be taken lightly or not at all seriously. I’ve used clock and timepiece restorers since the early 1970s; Gordon is the finest example of professionalism there is.
