Horrible! My daughter fell at school and I called the doctor after picking her up and seeing the pain she was in to see if I needed to go there or go to the hospital if they were too busy. The secretary said she would check and came back on the line and said no they weren't busy and we could come right on in and I again told her she was really hurting and crying and she said will see you in a minute so I took her over there. When we got there there were only two cars in the parking lot and nobody in the lobby there were still no one in the lobby when we went back we got her weight and everything done and checked into a room. An hour and 15 minutes went by with nothing other than a nurse that came in at first, I finally had to go outside because of the echoing cried of the pain she was in and told the nurse we were just going to the hospital like we should've done in the first place but she walked me back to the room and said we would be next. What a terrible experience to go through! This doctor apparently cares about himself or just money if there is a five-year-old girl crying in severe pain with maybe a broken arm. This was our regular doctor but I will be rethinking our situation here on out. Wish I could give them zero stars I can't explain how horrible of an experience it was! I recommend never going here! By the way I'm reviewing them while I sit at a different office that actually has an x-ray machine. What a heartless business........
