Adam was exceptionally helpful with my upcoming trip to Sicily, and seemed to be committed to securing the best fare while meeting my routing and arrival preferences. I like the fact that they don't take credit card info over the phone: more secure. Also, I know if I run into any snags I have his email address and phone number.
