I am happy with the service that was done by a tae, Fred who worked on my light problem for 2Hours, but are not happy who ever put air in my tires buy no taking the hubcaps off bent one of the valves , causing me to have a flat tire on the road, the toe driver checked all the tires for me which were not properly inflated 60-75 # all should have been the same. also when I was leaving campers corral my R/V would not start up , I was told by them I would ,need a new starter and to go to a dealer Since it was under warrant

I took it to Alay Jay Ford who after 3 Day's discovered that some one who worked in the fuse box put the fuse for

the Starter in the slot very poorly causing it not to connect., PROPLEY,

This problems cause me a lot of headraces, time on phone with Ford.

Everything is better now that Robert is gone! Jim the new service manager is very knowledgeable, honest and very thorough. He has earned my business back.

Would not recommend them for your RV needs. Was charged for repairs I did not ask for. Was charged for repairs for improper previous repairs.

OMG. NEVER BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE !! They advertised a coach on RV Trader , they lead me to believe that all mechanical was in working order . I asked direct questions about certain things like air conditioners and belts and leaks because I planed to fly to Florida from Houston and drive back . They lied !!! They knew when I was coming I had asked that everything be road ready for the drive back . I gave them more than a week notice of my arrival . When my wife arrived two mechanics were working on the coach and it had a electrical problem and the main engine belt was worn out with cracks and about to break , because of this we were un able to test the rest of the functions until it was fixed 24hrs later . At that time we were running late to make it back in time for me to be at work on Monday so we left after a alternator and belt change . Long story short ac problems , engine oil leaks , fuel leak surprised it didn't burn to the ground on the way home since the fuel leak was in the furnace , steering problems and unsure about some electrical as it stand now Its at a repair shop in Houston waiting for the estimate of repairs $$$$$ . The owner Tony has been insulting and now says that he was just brokering the coach . Really !! Non of that was disclosed to me and they are not standing behind the word of John the sales person or the Company in any way for help . You Have Been warned !!! I'm still dealing with the mess .

I felt very welcomed when i came into Camper Corral and Needed service done, Nichole in the Service department was very nice and Made sure we got all of our questions answered and Warranty issues taken care of. When the work was done Robert the service Manager took the time to explain everything he and the Tech's had done and issues that may cause any other problems. I had a wonderful experience with this company! I would recommend them to everyone!
