The Icon EV was sold as an off-road cart. The first day we took it out, it stalled in sand. We have called & went in. We got the impression that they already sold it to us, so they didn’t care. We were told a month ago they would call us in 2 days when the manufacturer came in. No one has called us. We have also requested an operating manual several times & we keep getting told they would get us one. Definitely not worth the $8,000.00 we spent. I do not recommend this business. They ripped us off.
