Whenever we have any plumbing problems--and on a five acre property with several buildings and large gardens there are often problems--we call Joseph. He is good about responding in a timely way, does an great job, and is besides which a kind and respectful person. Having worked with many different contractors over the years, I've seen that sometimes a bad attitude can overshadow the quality of work. Not so with Joseph. I can say he is one of the few that doesn't talk down to me as a woman, or to either my husband or myself when our ignorance of plumbing is evident. His attitude is stellar and his work is excellent.
