I used Mr. Fuda of Yankee construction, and had a totally different outcome. James came and re-sided one side of my house that had water damage. He took down the damaged siding, and replaced it withing 2 days. He showed up first thing each morning, and only left for lunch. In my eyes, James Fuda is a great carpenter, and a great business man. I would definately push people to call him with any needs.

I called Yankee Construction in hopes of getting my deck re-built. I finally got a hold of Mr. Fuda after 3 attempts and waiting for a full day for a return call. He came out the following day and gave me an estimate which was higher than the other bids I rec'd, (sometimes I think if you pay a little more the workmanship is going to be better that necessarily isn't always the case). When he came out to do the work his organizational skills were very poor, he was coming and going thru out the day and as a result nothing was accomplished that first day.



The job got off to a slow start and remained at a snails pace resulting in two week overage, unacceptable in my book.



In Mr. Fuda's defense he was an outgoing businessman who had good ideas just didnt know how to implement them them into good use.
